Return & Exchange Policy

Lumina Gem gladly accepts returns for exchange or store credit of the full purchase price within 10 days of receiving your jewelry. This excludes any final sale or closeout merchandise. These pieces are non-returnable.

Returned jewelry must be in original condition. We are unable to accept jewelry for returns that has been modified in any way. Including but not limited to resized, altered, or engraved jewelry.

We cannot accept special order merchandise or custom-made jewelry for return. Returns may be shipped back at the customer expense or returned to Lumina Gem and must be accompanied by sales receipt, original packaging, and any additional documents accompanying the original purchase. All items shipped must be properly packaged and insured for the full retail value and addressed as follows:
