Jewelry items will be accepted for return to Lumina Gem within 7 business days of delivery of the item. The item that is to be returned will need to be issued an RMA # for refund by calling 910-256-1850 or emailing info@luminagem.com with ONLINE RETURN in the subject line. Failure to recieve an RMA # may result in denial of refund. The full amount will be refunded once the package is recieved to Lumina Gem within 3 days. The item must be in the original condition, with papers, boxes and original packaging. Any estate, consignment or sale item will be a final sale. Diamond engagement rings will be issued an appraisal that is accompanied with the color and clarity of the diamonds. Any diamond enagement ring must be returned with that appraisal and the original diamond.
